Don’t go outside if a volcano erupts nearby. Volcanic ash is used as an industrial abrasive.

well, yellowstone can erupt without it being a cataclysmic event. only a certain type of explosion is of the magnitude talked of in these videos. So dont go crazy if a supervolcano erupts. However if its the most powerful kind, you can safely clear your schedule for the future.

@valarmanwe if yellowstone erupts fully, nowhere on earth will be unaffected. The sulfur aerosols will cover the whole planet. It will be like a Canadian winter all over the planet for a couple of years.
